Before You Register

Please ensure that the competitor’s date of birth is entered/updated correctly. All correspondence will be sent to the address used on the registration form.

When submitting your entries, please keep in mind that:
– TRMF is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete entries.
– In order to avoid disqualification by the adjudicator, please ensure that pieces are entered in the appropriate category.
– Selections marked TBA (to be announced) will be rejected.
– Once an entry has been accepted, no changes will be permitted after the entry deadline.

Reading through all the rules and regulations should answer many of your questions. You will want to check the provincial syllabus and local addenda for all your class information, and write down the number and title for each class you wish to enter. Make sure you have the complete repertoire information including title (key, opus, no., movements if applicable) and composer and an accurate timing of your selection. Registration Process with Music Festival Suite

Musical Theatre requires the title of production on entry form in addition to selection title and
composer.
Example – Kindred Spirits (Anne of Green Gables) Campbell

For Sonata/Sonatina classes, please enter complete title of piece followed by opus # and
movement #.
Example – Sonatina in D Major Op. 12, No. 1, 1 st mvt Hook~

If you wish to be eligible for Baroque, Classical, or Canadian piano awards, please add the following symbols after the composer’s name:
Baroque award: #
